MICHELLE L. MARSHALL

Mrs. Marshall was born in Dayton, Ohio on September 1, 1975. She lived in the U.S. Virgin Islands and Puerto Rico for seven years as a child, but now resides in Hilliard, Ohio with her husband Jon. Mrs. Marshall earned her B.S. in Financial Management from The Ohio State University in 1999, her Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School in 2003 and her Master's of Law in Taxation from Capital University Law School in 2004. She is admitted to practice in the State of Ohio, in the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Ohio, in the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit and in the U.S. Tax Court. Mrs. Marshall joined the firm as an associate in 2004 and focuses her practice primarily in the areas of real estate, taxation, business, estate planning and general litigation.
