Mr. Balcerzak was born the 2nd youngest of seven children. He was raised in Upper Arlington, Ohio, where he and his wife currently live with their three young daughters. Mr. Balcerzak earned his B.S. in Business from Indiana University in 1986 and his Juris Doctorate from Capital University in 1989. In April of 1995, he left the firm of Hamilton, Kramer, Myers & Cheek where he had been practicing in their Business Law Department, to form the law firm of HEINLEIN & BALCERZAK. In July of 2001, he formed BALCERZAK LAW OFFICES, CO., L.P.A. and in September of 2001 he was a forming member of ARLINGTON TITLE AGENCY, LTD. where he is currently its agent and legal counsel. Mr. Balcerzak has extensive experience in the Business, Real Estate, probate, estate planning and transactional practice areas. He is licensed to practice in both the state and federal courts of Ohio and the state of Florida.
